Innovators & Makers introduces students to computer science in a hands-on, creative way by combining coding with physical design. As they build projects like wearable tech, interactive art, or smart devices, students learn how to bring their ideas to life using both hardware and software. Throughout the unit, they explore how technology interacts with the physical world and gain a deeper understanding of concepts like sensors, microcontrollers, and the Internet of Things (IoT)—all while creating something personal, tangible, and shareable.
